On November 9, 2017, Charles Ioas passed away peacefully at his home in Alexandria, VA. Beloved husband of the late Maria Concepcion Ioas. He is survived by his son Charles, his daughters Connie and Lisa and their spouses Olivier and Brian; his four grandchildren William, Ian, Victoria and Monica and his step-grandson Thomas. Funeral services will be organized by Demaine Funeral Home and will be held at Ivy Hill Cemetery in Alexandria at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 13.
