Born in Collingdale, she was the daughter of the late Herman J. and Pearl Isabel (nee Goodwin) Vogel.
Mrs. McClelland was a graduate of Collingdale High School, Class of 1940. She had been employed for 17 years by Shallcross in Collingdale.
She was a lifelong member of Collingdale Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas McClelland.
She is survived by her daughter Tamme McClelland (Marko Smiljic).
Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
An animal lover, Mrs. McClelland had requested conributions be made to Pennsylvania SPCA, 350 E. Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
