The Life of Marilyn Jeffers
Marilyn Jeffers (nee Albers), 87, died September 17, 2017, at Treasure Coast Hospice, in Stuart Florida. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Henry and Emma Albers. She lived in Stuart, Florida for the past 48 years.
In her early years she owned and operated Marilyn's Pet Salon and Supplies in Jensen Beach, Florida. After selling her Pet Salon, she assisted her husband in operating his business Jeffers Aluminum Products.
In her free time she enjoyed crossword puzzles, boating, fishing, horse racing, and spending time with her family, She had a love for dogs and yard sales, in fact, she even bought a dog at a yard sale!!
She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Elmer (Jeff) Jeffers; son David Jeffers of Irvine, CA; son-in-law, Rollie Sheriff III of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister, Audrey Johnson of Stuart, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Sheri Jefffers Ebright of Stuart, FL, Melissa Gibson of Mason, Ohio, Rollie Sheriff IV, (Tiffany) of Mason, Ohio, and Matthew Jeffers of Irvine, CA; 3 great-grandchildren, Alyssa Miller of Mason, Ohio, Rollie Sheriff V of Mason, Ohio and Brock Gibson of Mason, Ohio; one great-great-grandson Noah Miller of Mason, Ohio.
She is pre-deceased by her daughter Linda Carol Sheriff of Cincinnati, Ohio, her brother Raymond Albers of Stuart, FL and brother-in-law Samuel Johnson of Stuart Florida.
Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5-7 PM at All County Funeral Home, 1010 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994. Service will begin at 6:00 PM.
Interment will be in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, Ohio 45122 on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 12:30 PM until time of funeral service at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Withamsville, OH.
