The Life of Barbara D. Zansitis
Barbara D. Zansitis (nee Desiderio), 65, of Downingtown, PA passed away on August 2, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1951, she was the beloved daughter of Dolores (Caruso) and the late Gori Desiderio.
Barbara was a Registered Nurse and worked with Nemours Health System as Office Manager for a Pediatric Practice in Paoli, PA.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, music, enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii and spending time with her grandchildren.
Barbara was the beloved wife for 44 years of marriage of David S. Zansitis; loving mother of Laura Z. Williams (Brian), Brian D. Zansitis (Brenna) and Stephen Scott Zansitis; devoted grandmother of Emily Williams, Isabel Williams, David Zansitis and Daniel Zansitis. Predeceased by her siblings; Thelma Davis and Christina Desiderio.
Interment private.
