PARKS, CLARENCE "CLICKY"God in his infinite wisdom and divine love has called our loved one from labor to reward. Clarence "Clicky" Parks, 90 of Ansonia, CT, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. He was born December 13, 1926, in Seymour, CT to the Late Julius S and Nellie Wiliford Parks. He was a graduate of Ansonia High School, a lifelong resident of Ansonia, and was a member of The Macedonia Baptist Church, Ansonia, CT. Clarence retired from Uniroyal Chemical Company, Naugatuck, CT in 1989. Clarence leaves to cherish his memory 2 daughters, Elder Darlene C. Parks­Thompson (Ernest), and Doreen D. Parks of Ansonia, CT. 1 son, Daryl R. Parks of Ansonia, CT. 1 brother, Julius (Anna) Parks of Ansonia, CT. 1 very dear and lifelong friend, Fred "Fritzy" Mayo, of New Haven, CT. 7 grandchildren, 8 great­grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many loved ones. Clarence was pre­deceased by his loving wife Harriet, of whom he shared his life with for 62 years, 11 brothers and 5 sisters.Family and loved ones may call on Tuesday, January 31 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St, Ansonia CT. The Home Going service will take place at 5:00 p.m. The Burial will take place Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 10:00 am at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia, CT. www.jenkinskingfh.com
