The Life of Susan Davis
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 6, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Lafayette for Susan Turner Davis, 69, who passed away on January 3, 2017.
Reverend Steve Horn , Pastor, will conduct the funeral services.
Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Davis, a resident of Broussard , was the daughter of the late Elwood Turner and the former Hazel Hatcher.
She is survived by two sons, Eric Davis and wife, Sheri and Joseph Davis and wife, Jill; grandchildren, Abbie Wales and husband, Tyler, Haley Davis, Makenzie, Jack, Benjamin, Luke and Grace Davis, Jonah and Savannah; brothers, Rick and Janice Turner and Bob and Judy Turner; sisters, Barbie and Steve Franks and Jenny and Danny Doyle.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Cathi Turner Einhouse.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Visiting hours will continue on Friday at First Baptist Church - Lafayette from 9:00AM until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Rick Turner, Bob Turner, Eric Davis, Joe Davis, Jack Davis, Ben Davis and Luke Davis.
Honorary Pallbearers will be members of her Sunday School Class.
Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, LA is in charge of funeral arrangements.
