The Life of David Tuttle


David Tuttle, a 65 year old resident of Beacon Falls, passed away at home Oct. 2. He was born April 10, 1951 in Derby, son of the late Fred Tuttle and Jane Potter Tuttle of Seymour. A graduate of Milford Academy, David graduated from and played football for Seymour High School, and was a member of the Alumni Club. He attended Southern CT State University. He worked as an administrator for the former Avco Lycoming Co. until retirement. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia and was an avid Yankees & Giants fan. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister Susan Mullen & husband Michael of Oxford, uncle Frederick Rowland of Oxford, sister­in­law Barbara Tuttle of Beverly, MA., nephew Christopher Mullen of Seattle WA., nieces Heather Tuttle & husband Jeffrey Deyette of Watertown, MA., Adrienne Tuttle of Danvers, MA., great nephew Henry Tuttle of Watertown, MA. and several cousins. Friends may call on Wednesday Oct. 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. (www.jenkinskingfh.com) Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. In David’s memory donations may be made to Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia.
