Terri Lynn (Cioffa) Sorensen, daughter of Richard and Theresa Cioffa, was born September 19, 1963 in Auburn, NY. She passed away peacefully on November 21, 2015 in Olathe, KS. 
Terri was a loving daughter, sister, wife, and grandmother. Her family and friends will forever remember her as a beautiful, strong, and courageous woman. She blessed this world and gave so much to those around her and never asked for anything in return. Her generosity will always be an inspiration to those who knew and loved her. 
She was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Cioffa-Spinelli, and her brother Randy Cioffa. She is survived by her father and mother, Richard and Theresa Cioffa; her loving husband of nineteen years, Chuck Sorensen; her daughters and their spouses: Brandi and George Hoff, Kristi and Josh Wilkes; her brothers and their spouses: Michael and Sheila Cioffa, Ricky and Sherry Cioffa; and her sister and spouse, Stacey and Michael Wokutch. She is also survived by six grandchildren, who were the love of her life: Kylie, Ellie, Brixley, and Lucien Hoff, Kori and Johnathen Wilkes; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. 
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2015, 4:00 pm at Saint Paul Catholic Church, 900 South Honeysuckle Drive, Olathe, Kansas. The Memorial Mass will follow immediately after at 5:00 pm.
