The Life of John Tyrone Kelley

John "Ty" Kelley, age 70, of Alexandria, Virginia passed away suddenly on Tuesday August 21, 2018. He is survived by his devoted wife of fifty years, Phyllis Kelley. He is also survived by his brother Martin C. Kelley (Kristin), three nephews, Brendan, Martin and Brian Kelley and one niece, Erin Kelley. He pre-deceased by his loving brother Kieran Kelley (Carleen), all from the Washington area.

Ty was a retired Senior Government Relations Representative of Food Marketing Institute in Crystal City, Va. He lived in the Washington Area most of his life and had many loving friends and business colleagues.

A gathering for Ty will be held Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 2pm until 4pm at Demaine Funeral Home, Old Town Alexandria, VA. Friends and family may gather again at 11am on Monday, August 27, 2018 with a memorial service to honor Ty at 12 noon at Demaine Funeral Home followed by a small reception.
