The Life of Francis W. Levan
Services for Francis W. Levan, 89, who died April 20 in Berks Heim, will be held Saturday at 1:30 p. m. from the Fritz and Kendall Funeral Home, Kutztown. The Rev. Robert F. Harting will officiate. Burial will be in Hope cemetery.
Born in Lenhartsville, a son of the late William and Mary (Stump) Levan, he was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Kutztown.
His wife Mary A. (Moyer) Levan and a daughter, Mary, wife of Angle Wilcox, Dover, N. J., preceded him in death. Surviving are a daughter, Helen L., wife of Elmer F. Greene, Fountain Hill, five grandchildren and two sisters. Mrs. Alice Schlenker and Mrs. Annie Hunsicker, both of Hamburg.
