The Life of THELMA MARIE ROGERS
Thelma Rogers, 92, passed away on Tuesday, June 21st, 2016. She was born on December 2nd, 1923 and raised by Marie and Harlan Fox.
Thelma was a long time member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church. She loved animals, especially dogs, and spent fifteen years employed at US Bank near Highland Park. Thelma is survived by her daughter, her grandson and his wife, and their two children, and her brother. Thelma was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Rex.
A memorial service for Thelma will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27th at Highland Memory Gardens, located at 1 NE 60th Ave. Des Moines. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League.
