Robert "Bob" S. Armitage, 75, Olathe, KS, passed away Monday, August 1, 2005. Memorial service will be held at 10am Friday, August S, 2005 at Penwell??Gabel Funeral Home, 143rd & Blackbob Rd. (913)768??6777. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday at Grace United Methodist Church. Cremation. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to the Grace United Methodist Church Memorial Fund and/or the American niabetes Assc. 

Bob grew up in-Searcy, Arkansas and was a graduate of Arkansas Tech. He retired from the Travelers Insurance Company in 1993 after 39 years of service. 

Bob leaves his wife of 53 years; Pat Armitage, daughters; Linda Coyle and husband Dennis, and Shelly Stalnaker and husband Thurl, son; Robert Armitage and wife Christiane, grandchildren; Kevin and Erin Coyle, Creighton and Alix Stalnaker, Samantha and Brandon Armitage, and loving nieces and nephews.
