Frederick J. Schroeder Frederick J. Schroeder, 91, of Reading, passed away Wednesday, January 13 at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. Frederick was born in Reading, PA on July 14, 1929 a son of the late Katherine (nee Schmolhofer) and Fritz Schroeder. He was the husband of Margaret M. (nee Rollman) Schroeder, who survives him. Frederick served in the US Army in World War II and was a member of Saint Paul’s RC Church. He was employed as a tool maker at the former Teledyne Company in Reading, PA. In addition to his wife, Katherine, Frederick is survived by three sons Frederick J. Schroeder, of Basking Ridge. husband of Judee, NJ; Michael E Schroeder, of Camden, ME; John D. Schroeder, husband of Cristine, of Goldsboeo, PA. Frederick is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by a sister, Katherine Willig.
