William Andrew Zachar, “Keno Bill”, 78, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 in his home.

William was born December 27, 1937 in Des Moines, Iowa.

William was united in marriage to Norma Rice on April 19, 1984 in Lake Ozark, Missouri.

William was Accountant by trade, but enjoyed cooking and collecting over two hundred cookbooks, which he kept alphabetized along with his spices. William loved to read and watch movies, watch and feed the birds, and spend time with Norma, the greatest love of his life, his English Bulldogs, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

William is survived by his wife Norma; children William Jr. of Franklin, Pennsylvania, Judy Ahrens and Randy of Boone, Iowa, Bobbie Jo Brightup and Adam of Stuttgart, Germany, Billy Stinnett of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren; Robert Zachar, Rebecca King, and Melissa Zachar, Bob, Jess, Billy, and Becky Ahrens, Allison and Jason Stinnett and Chase and Dean Brightup along with several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and son John.
