The Life of PATRICIA ANN FISHER
Patricia Fisher, 85, passed away on December 31, 2015, at Taylor House Hopsice from complications of a stroke. She was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Wilbur and Margaret Ankrum on August 1, 1930.
Patricia was united in marriage to Lawrence Fisher on October 12, 1949, and their union was blessed with three daughters, Liz, Jean, and Karen. She enjoyed slot machines, scratch tickets, and playing bingo. Patricia will be remembered as a caring wife, mother, and grandmother.
Patricia is survived by her daughters, Liz (Ralph) Stout, Jean (Mark) Mulinix, and Karen (Bill) Clark; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon Robbins; as well as nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and grandson, Richard Stout.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the service and will begin at 10:00 a.m.
