Tom was born November 30, 1955 in Olathe, Kansas to Earl & Juanita Moore and was a life long resident. He was a graduate of Olathe High School in 1974. Right after high school he went to work for the City of Olathe where he retired after 37 years of service.

He was an avid bowler and fisherman. He fulfilled a lifelong dream which was to go fishing in Canada in the last year.

He was preceded in death by his father; Earl Moore in 1975, and a sister; Etta Moore 1987.

He is survived by his children; Robert and Tina, mother; Juanita Moore, sister; Nita Jo (and husband Cliff) Smith, grandson; Corbin Hoskins, niece; Jeni Miller, one aunt and many cousins.
