The Life of Gordon Hubbard Robertson

Gordon Hubbard Robertson, 87, passed away June 4, 2008 at Claridge Court, where he had lived for about a year and a half after moving from Mission Hills. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 9th at the Village Presbyterian Church, 6641 Mission Road, Prairie Village, KS 66208, with a visitation immediately afterward in the Friendship Hall. A graveside service with full military honors will take place at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Olathe Memorial Cemetery, 738 N. Chestnut Rd., Olathe, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents and step father, James Edward Curran, and his son-in-law, Forrest Lowell Langdon II in 1992. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Frances Hodges Robertson; his daughter, Sally Skillen and her husband, Robert, of Mt. Lebanon, PA and his daughter, Carolyn Langdon of Prairie Village. He also is survived by five grandchildren: Michelle Balfe and her husband Michael of Mt. Lebanon; Gail Groninger and her husband John of Mt. Lebanon; Brian Robertson Langdon and his wife Heather of Olathe; Scott Pendleton Langdon of Mission and Andrew Lowell Langdon of Prairie Village and three great- grandchildren. Arr: D.W.
