Miss Emma LYMAN, 91, of 540 E. Park, Olathe died Saturday at the Good Samaritan Center, where she had lived for four years. She was born 2-26-1884 in Ironton, MO and had lived in the Olathe area since 1900. She was a graduate of Washburn Univ of Topeka and she taught school in Johnson County, KS for 35 years. The last 19 years she taught at Shawnee Mission North High School. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Olathe. She is survived by a nephew, Conrad L. ECKERT, of Tulsa, OK, and three nieces, Mrs. Dorothy CANTRALL of KC, KS; Mrs. Hayden GOOD of Fort Scott, KS; and Mrs. Marjorie COOK of Fort Worth, TX. Burial took place in the Olathe Memorial Cemetery on 04/13/1976. Olathe Daily News Obituary. Father: William A. LYMAN (b. Wisc 3-1843), Mother: Cornelia Frances ? (b. 1-1846 MO).
