In Memorian.
Died, of diphtheria, Nov. 1, Lily Jane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Price. For six years and two months this dear little daughter gladdened the hearts of her parents. Her sweet disposition and tender conscience even at this early age made her careful not to hurt the feelings of those around her. So short time away from her Heavenly home, she seems never to have lost consciousness of it vague, yet like the memory of pleasant dreams.
During her short illness she spoke with certainty of being an angel without evincing the least fear of death. Her favorite hymn was, "When the judgment roll is called I'll be there," and at the very last she begged her little brothers to be good so they could be angels and met her up above.
Her parents have the heartfelt sympathy of all their friends in this great loss.
