The Life of Martha Melvina Tibbetts
Mrs. Omer T. Tibbetts, living seven miles south-east of Olathe, died last Sunday of typhoid-malarial fever, after a lingering illness of several weeks. She was the daughter of Captain Jesse Cantrell, and was known by all her neighbors as a lady of great kindness of heart and true Christian character. Her remains were interred in the Olathe cemetery last Monday, being followed to their final resting place by a large circle of friends and acquaintances. She leaves a husband and three young children, who have the heartfelt sympath of all who know them.
