The Life of Anna May Stilley

Mrs. C. W. Stilley, wife of C. W Stilley died at the home east of Olathe Saturday morning, August 9, of hemorrhage of the brain. The funeral was conducted from the residence Sunday, August 10 at 3 o'clock p. m. Rev. Floyd of the Baptist church officiating.

Obituary.
Mrs. C. W. Stilley was born in Ohio in 1855. In 1871 she was converted and joined the Methodist Episcopal church. Later in 1877 she joined the Baptist church and remained a faithful fol lower of her Lord and Master to the time of her death.
In 1877 she was married to Mr. C. W. Stilley. To this union was born six children, three of whom preceded their mother to the "Home of the Soul" and the other three mourn their loss.
As wife she was faithful, kind and affectionate. As mother gentle, patient and forbearing. As neighbor a friend to the friendless and rich with hospitality. She was a womanly woman whose life will be missed but whose influence will bless.
