Newton Mitchell died at his home in south Olathe Sunday, March 29, with consumption, having been a great sufferer for years. The funeral services were held at the B. P. church at 10 o'clock a. m., Tuesday, March 31, conducted by Rev. G. A. Edgar, the pastor, to the satisfaction of sorrowing friends. Mr. Mitchell left a wife and two children to mourn his loss, and they have the svmnathy of a host of friends in their great affliction.
