DEATH OF VOLNEY KING

Restaurant Operator Had Lived at Olathe Thirty Years.

OLATHE, KAS., Jan. 7. - Volney King, 62 years old, died last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hazel Ruppelius. A resident of Olathe thirty years, Mr. King was engaged most of the time in the restaurant business. He was born in Seymour, Ia.

He leaves his widow, Mrs. Elsie King of the home; another daughter, Mrs. Georgia Richardson, Olathe; a son, Charles King, Olathe, and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Holmes, Cherryvale, Kas. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow at the Reppelius chapel. Burial will be in Olathe cemetery.
