In Memoriam.
Letitia Pearl Hudson died Dec. 6, 1894. age two years. She came as a tendril from the flower garden of the celestial world, became entwined Jn our affections only to be taken away when budding into beauty, and in the sweetness of the opening flowers has been transported in the conservatories of heaven.

FRANCIS WILLARD HUDSON
"Fondly we loved thee and though thou art gone
Reunited in heaven we shall be later on.
A few years one loved was given to stay,
Now entering the home of eternity's day.
Christ Jesus, Who brightened the sepalchers gloom.
Is waiting in glory to welcome thee home.
Since Jesus is risen and man shall not die,
We patiently wait to meet thee on high;
In heaven thou'rt chanting the songs of the blest
Love bids us rejoice that thou art at rest;
Love stronger that life now follows thee there.
After whiie in fruition thy blessings shall share
Return tbou canst not, but to you we can go.
Dear one what a comfort this truth is to know
Home has been dreary with thee far away;
Under our cloud shineth one silver ray.
Dear ones departed will wait till we come.
Singing Hosannas, they'll welcome us home,
On the bright street of the city of light,
Never to go again out of our sight."
