Justin Wallace Gerber, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2006 in Chicago, Illinois. Justin was born on September 17, 1984 in Provo, Utah. He lived in Olathe, Kansas most of his life, until he moved to Chicago almost a year ago. Justin graduated from Olathe North High School in 2003. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Thomas Longfield and great grandfather Frank Hernan, paternal great grandmother Pearl Austeel, Uncle John Branch, great Aunt Carolyn Jeffery and his biological grandfather Vern Shurtleff.

Justin is survived by his parents, Vernal and Linda Gerber, his sisters Jessica and Lindsey, and his brother Brandon; his grandparents Chris and Erma Gerber and Frances Hernan, great grandmother Gertrude Hernan: Aunts and Uncles Bill (Susan) Longfield, Donald (Donna) Longfield, James Longfield, Jeff (Stacy) Gerber, Katie (Greg) Duckett, and Susan (Fred) Karr; biological father Lance (Shauna) Shurtleff, half brothers Zach, Jordan, Sean and half sister Haeli; grandmother Lola Shurtleff Cannon and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Justin was loved by all and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
