Miss Minerva S. George died Monday morning, January 26, at the home of her uncle, Hezekiah Pummill. She was in her seventy-fifth year and had long been afflicted with paralysis and had grown more and more helpless in the last few years. The funeral service was held at Mr. Pummill's home on Park street on Tuesday afternoon and interment was made in the Olathe cemetery. Rev. A. L. Goudy conducted the service.
