The Life of Rachel Evans
Mrs. Rachel Evans, wife of W. H. Evans, 4 1/2 miles southeast of Olathe, died Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock of consumption after an illness of two years. The funeral services were held at the home Monday morning and were in charge of Rev. R. P. Stephenson, Rev. Floyd of the Baptist church of this city assisting. The remains were Interred in the Olathe cemetery Monday afternoon.
