Judge John M. Giffin, one of the oldest citizens of Olathe, died at his home on South Walnut streets Monday, October 9. Funeral services were held at the residence Tuesday, October 10, at 3 o'clock p. m., conducted by Rev. A. V. Stoat, after which the remains were taken in charge by the Masonic fraternity and conducted to the Olathe cemetery for interment.
