The Life of William C Cassalberry

William C. Casselberry, an old and highly respected citizen, died at his home on Santa Fe street last Monday morning, and was buried from the M. E. church Tuesday afternoon, Rev. J. D. M. Buckner preaching the funeral. He wasan old soldier, having served in a Pennsylvania regiment. His wife and son George survive him. and have the sympathy of all in their bereavement. Mr. Casselberry was born at Barbour's Mills, Pa., January 4, 1838. He came to Olathe in 1872 and had resided here since. He was a lifelong and consistent member of the M. E. church, a good friend and neighbor, and will be much missed.
