We have it on the divine authority of the great apostle, that no matter how many other virtues a man may have, if he have not charity he lacks

the basis of human fellowship. It follows, without charity, fellowship and friendship there can be no so ciety. Friendship means-these are my friends, deal gently with them. But the wonderful thing is that) friendship at the beginning is rather narrow in its scope and pitiful in its action but it grows at last into a world power.

It is a creative force and what are we working for but to make the world a better place to live in. Reverend Everett, in his tribute, sensed the beauty of friendship as it has been portrayed in the life of Mrs. Drey fogle.

The large room in which the body, lay was banked with flowers, whose fragrance seemed to be a part of the life and personality of Mrs. Brey fogle.

They were but a mute expression of sympathy to the family, from friends who--many many times had received such tokens of the care and thoughtfulness of her ministra tions through the years gone by. Never was anyone in the circle of ber acquaintances in sorrow or need, but she was ready with Kindly word or more substantial assistance. To be in her home was a joy to all who knew her. Her cordis! hos itality was a household word every home. Her passing is mourned by the wide circle of friends and acquaintances she had enjoyed her entire lifetime.
