MRS NANCY BUSHONG DEAD
Mrs. Nancy Bushong, widow of H. W. Bushong, died Tuesday morning, September 2, after a prolonged illness.
Nancy Saviers was born January 14, 1834 in Richland County, Ohio. Married September 22, 1853. Camo to Kansas April 1. 1866.
She was a charter member of the Methodist church, a member of W. R. C. and the Rebekah Lodge, being the member of that order in Olathe. She was the mother of six children, three of whom are living: Mrs. Keturah Harting, Iola, Kas., Mr. E. E. Bushong and Melvin Bushong of Olathe; deceased: Mrs. Ida McFarland, William and Liney Pearl. She has 13 living grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The funeral services will be held at the M. E. church Thursday at 3 o'clock, Rev. Zook of Iola officiating.
