The Life of Thomas Wilson Boyd

DEATH OF T. W. BOYD.

T. W. Boyd, who died last Wednesday night at 8 o'clock at his home on East Loula Street, was born in Guernsey county, Ohio, May 17, 1830. In 1851 he was married to Miss Mary A. Meyers and to this union were born six children. They are David W. of Los Angeles, California; Samuel E., Eagle City, Oklahoma; Mrs. Margaret Boyd Feltenberger, Oakwood, Oklahoma; J. O., deceased; Albert H., Uberry, Oregon, and Mrs. Frank Hutton, Oakwood, Oklahoma. His wife died in 1876

 In 1882 he was married to Miss Louisa Huston and to this union wras born one child, Edna Boyd Lawson, who lives east of Oiathe. Mr. Boyd was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and the funeral service was held at this church Friday afternoon, February 23. The Grand Army Post of which he wras a member, attended in a body. "Uncle Tommy," as he was lovingly called by his many friends, was a good man and true. He lived a long, useful life and his memory will not soon be forgotten.
