David Bodley, aged 72 years, died Sunday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Reno on East Santa Fe street. He has been confined to the house and in poor health for several months. His immediate death was caused by cancer of the stomach. The funeral services conducted by Rev. Henderson, were held from the M.E. church, Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Olathe cemetery. David Bodley was one of the old landmarks of Olathe and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
