The Life of Harriet Virginia Hindman

MRS. J. P. HINDMAN  DEAD.

 Former Olathe Woman Passed Away i at Her Home In Kansas City.

Mrs. Harriet V. Hindman, 59 years old, died at her home at 3358 Highland Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri, Friday morning, January 26th, at 4:35 o''clock.

 Mrs. Hindman was born in North Carolina in 1852 and moved to Kansas, when quite young. She was married married to James Park Hindman in 1873 and was the mother of seven children, two daughters dying in infancy. After her marriage she resided In Olathe until his death three years ago, when she moved to Kansas City.

She is survived by five children, Clarence Hindman of Tulsa, Oklahoma,  Mrs. Melvin Drukemiller, of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Pauline, Annice and Cecille of Kansas City.

The funeral was held at their home conducted by Rev. Jenkins of the LInwood Christian Church. The body was brought to Olathe for burial, Saturday afternoon on the 1:45 Frisco.

Mrs. Hindman became a Christian at the early age of seven years and In her career of over half a century, lived an exemplary, Christian life. She was indeed a good woman in every sense of the word.
