Mrs. Mary Owen, wife of Frank Owen, died at her home near Edgerton Sunday evening from a chronic liver affection, aged 62 years, and was buried in Olathe cemetery Tuesday forenoon. The funeral services were held at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Purdom on Santa Fe avenue on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.; conducted by Rev. John McQuoid, and was attended by a number of sympathizing friends.  The bereaved husband and family have the sympathy of all in their great at loss.
