Last week by some accident a mention of the death of John M. Rodman was lost in the hurry of going to press. John was a bright well known boy of ten, the son of our citizen J. A. Rodman, "Jim," the father, has our warmest sympathy in his sorrow. Only a few weeks ago his wife died, and now his brightest boy is gone. Sorrows never come singly it is said, and this seems a case which emphenize the saying.
