SAMUEL SWINGLEY DEAD.
Last Sabbath the' body of Samuel Swingley, an old timer in Olathe, was brought here for burial. He had not lived here for many years. His late home was at Turner, but he died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dr. Burk, Kansas City, Saturday last. Old settlers will remember him. A large number of people from out of town, principally relatives and friends of long ago, were in attendance at the funeral.
