Tmoulout Webb passed away on June 22, 2006 in Colorado Springs, CO. Tmoulout was born on March 24, 1937 at Tendrara, Morocco. She has been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 34 years. Tmoulout Webb is survived by her husband Robert Webb, Jr. and a daughter. Regina M. Webb of Colorado Springs; three grandchildren: Nicole, Cherise and Michael; also a son, James R. Webb living at Marysville, WA. She has a host of nephews and nieces. Tmoulout has a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Bert Webb who live in Aurora, CO; another brother and sister-in-law, John and Doris Stinnett who live in Denton, TX; brother-in-law, Leroy P. Webb who lives in Topeka, KS. Tmoulout (Kouka) was a member of the Payne Chapel AME Church where she served in choir, usher board and stewardess. Kouka was also a member of the Pikes Peak Water Garden Society and the Orchid Society. Kouka loved her flowers and her dogs (Precious and Rusty). She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. Services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Payne Chapel AME Church, 3625 Marion Drive. Interment will be in Olathe, KS.
