Louis Blair, 60, Olathe, died Saturday at the home. He was a lifelong resident of JOhnson County. Mr. Blair was a custodian seven years at the Johnson County courthouse before he became ill in 1964. He was a member of the Brown A.M.E. church in Bonner Springs. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Effie E. Blair, a stepson, Dennis Winslett, and a stepdaughter, MRs. Dyantha JOnes, all of the home; a brother, Elmer Blair, 3342 Montgall; a sister, Mrs. Effie Blair, 2424 Forest, and a step-granddaughter. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday at the Julien-Flaming chapel; burial in Olathe cemetery.
