BATDORF - Mrs. Lena Batdorf, 83, of Wellsvile, Kas., died Friday in Osawatomie, Kas. She was born in Gardner, and had lived in Wellsville about 30 years. She was a member of the ORder of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Bardorf also was a member of the Methodist church. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Etta Hedrick and a ason, Harry Stewart, both of Olathe; two sisters, Mrs. George Siehler, Wellsville, and Mrs. Edna Ewart, Bellflower, Calif., and a brother, Vernon Smith, Chicago. Funeral services were at 2 o'clock Monday at the Coughlin chapel in Wellsville; burial was in the Olathe cemetery.
