The Life of Walter H Ames
Walter Ames, a member of the general executive
board of the International Association of Machinists, died Tuesday at the
Swedish Hospital. Mr. Ames who was 50 years old, made frequent visits to Kansas
City in the interests of the machinists union.
The funeral will be Sunday at the home of his brother, Earl Ames, at Olathe, with burial in the cemetery there.
