Widely Known Olathe Clubwoman Dies at Her Home

Mrs. Jennie B. Allison, 76 years old, early-day Kansas resident and clubwoman died today at her home, 314 South Cherry street, Olathe. Mrs. Allison was a member of the Progress club, the Women's Relief corps, and the Olathe Grange and the Anchor chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. She was active in American Red Cross work and the Olathe Presbyterian church, of which she was a former member of the board of trustees and former president of the ladies' aid. 

Born at Sidney, O., Mrs. Allison went to Kansas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wilson, early settlers at Olathe, when she was a child. Her first husband, Stephen E. Barker, died in 1888. Her second husband, Frank Allison, died in 1918. Mrs. ALlison had been in ill health for the last two years. 

She leaves a daughter, Miss Maude Barker of Olathe. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Saturday at the Julien chapel, Olathe, followed by burial in the Olathe cemetery.
