The Life of MILDRED V BEAVERS
Mildred Beavers, 96, passed away on Friday, June 12th at the Urbandale Health Care Center. The family will greet friends on Monday, June 15th from 1-2PM at Westover Funeral Home. A private service will follow the visitation.
A private burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mildred was born in Corning, Iowa to Bonnie and Alta Evison. She lived in the Des Moines area most of her life working for Iowa Methodist Hospital in the food service department. She enjoyed reading, gardening, flowers, and being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Alaina (Dave) Riley of West Des Moines and four grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Gail, one daughter Gloria, four sisters and two brothers.
