The Life of Clifford Mlincek

 

Clifford ''Cliff'' Mlincek


Age 84, passed away on Jan. 5, 2015. He was born on April 17, 1930, to the late Michael and Susan Mlincek. He was a 1948 graduate of Washington High School.
Cliff served in combat with the 1st Calvary Division of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After his military service he worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 31 years until his retirement in 1986. He was a diehard Massillon Tigers and Ohio State football fan. Cliff also enjoyed traveling and stamp collecting.
Cliff is survived by his brother, Robert (Karen) Mlincek; his nephew, Mark Mlincek; and his niece, Heather (KRAIG) Vuncannon. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Michael and John ''Chip'' Mlincek.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the staff at Amherst Meadows and Harbor Light Hospice for Clifford''s care. Burial at Rose Hill Memory Gardens.
