The Life of Wanda Zuk Lauderowicz

Wanda S. Lauderowicz 86, of Ansonia entered into eternal rest on Sunday Jan. 4. in The Griffin Hospital She is the wife of Stanley J. Lauderowicz. Born in Ansonia on Jan. 9, 1928 daughter of the late John and Mary (Tunca) Zuk. A communicant of the Church of the Assumption, graduate of the Ansonia High School and a member of the Ansonia, Derby and Oxford Senior Centers. Survivors besides her husband are daughter Karen DiStasi of Boynton Beach, Fla. 4 grandchildren Jason DiStasi, Stephanie DiStasi, Mark Lauderowicz and Sarah Dineglio and 3 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son Allan Lauderowicz ,a brother Stanley Zuk and sisters Jean Urashka and Mary McCarthy Calling Hour will be held on Thursday from 9:00am till 9:45am in the Bennett Funeral Home 91 N. Cliff St. Ansonia and at 10:00 am a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Church of the Assumption. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Assumption Church in care of the Funeral Home.
