She is survived by her father Michael Alan Hamm, mother Andrea Lynn Hamm, and siblings Brian White, Stephanie White, Sierra Hamm, Christa Hamm and Jacob Pritchard. She is also survived by grandmothers Sheri Phipps and Patti Parmenter, grandfathers Dan Phipps and Tracy Hamm, uncles Kevin Hamm, Josh Hamm, Jessie Hamm and Daniel Phipps, aunt Misty Carico, great grandmothers Bonnie Carico and Darlene Wandro, and great grandfathers Jerry Carico, Chuck Wandro and Dean Phipps.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014, also at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

I'll never forget when I gave birth to my baby girl, it was the most special thing that ever happened to me. When they went to hand her to me and I saw her I had tears of joy. She's my everything and I will always love her. I thank her father, Michael for giving her to me.

Both Michael and I waited a long time and wanted Mandi more then anything in this world. She is loved more then anything and will never be forgotten. She will always be our li'l monkey.

i seen a white ballon w/pink baby footprints fall from the sky. i didnt know what it was for sure , but I did what is me, I went to catch it before it touched the ground. I seen it was a babygirl balloon. I "knew", I knew. I talked to you often and rubbed mommas bellie. I love you Mandie . My portugies Princess.. Love Daddy
