The Life of CAROL ALICE FRAZIER
Carol Frazier, 44, was born July 28, 1970 to Reuben and Alice (Engberg) Schesvold in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She passed away at Sunny View Care Center in Ankeny, Iowa, on August 7, 2014.
Carol was a music teacher at Ankeny Christian Academy from 1995 - 2000 and was a member of Westchester Evangelical Free Church in Des Moines. She enjoyed music, especially singing and playing piano, and was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and the University of Wisconsin Badgers.
Carol is survived by her husband, Barry Frazier; children, Josiah, Meghan, and Carson; brother, Jim Schesvold; sister, Nancy Topper; aunt, Mavis Petersen; and her uncles, Joseph, Norman and Robert Schesvold. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2014, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Westchester Evangelical Free Church, 4919 Aurora Avenue, Des Moines. A private family burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
