The Life of FLORENCE IRENE BELL
Florence Bell, 89, was born April 24, 1925, to Byram and Cleta Woodard in Edina, Missouri. She passed away at Taylor House Hospice on June 18, 2014.
Florence is survived by her stepdaughter, Sandy Wilson; stepdaughter-in-law, Betty Bell; sister, Dorothy (Charlie) Mathis; nieces, Charmaine (John) Carney and Christina (Robert) Peterson; as well as her great nieces and nephews, Erin Garms, Devin Carney, and Lauren Peterson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Bell, and stepson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
