The Life of EVELYN G DETTERLINE
Evelyn G. Detterline, 101, of Reading, Pa., was born July 7, 1916, and passed away at Phoebe Berks on Monday, October 23, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Kieszkowska) Izydorczyk.
She was the wife of the late Vernon Detterline (deceased March 5, 1975) and Patrick Hill (deceased September 4, 1966).
Evelyn was the youngest of two brothers, Bernard and Thomas Izydorczyk, and three sisters: Nora Smorey, Anna Malek and Mary Izydorczyk.
Evelyn worked at AT&T. She was a member of St. Paul's Church, their Holy Family Society and "the breakfast club."
Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Gallman-Sonoski Funeral Home, Inc., Reading.
Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
Friends may pay their condolences on Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
