The Life of ALFONSO IANNUCCI

Alfonso Iannucci, 92, formerly of

Kenhorst, died July 24, 2017, in ManorCare, Sinking Spring. He was the husband of

Helen (Gay) Iannucci. They were married on September 5, 1949.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Francesco and Santa (Ninfo) Iannucci.

Alfonso was a U.S. Army veteran stationed in nine

different countries during World War II.

He was employed by ATV Bakery as a route supervisor for 35 years, retiring in 1988.

Alfonso was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Reading. He also was a member of the Sons of Italy.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Frank (Brenda) Iannucci, Roulette, Pa.; and Linda

(Michael) Kennedy, Exeter Twp. One sister, Marie Goletz, Cumru Twp.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren also survive him.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Judy Iannucci; and his sister, Theresa Jeschke.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Peter's R.C. Church, 322 S 5th St., Reading, PA 19602. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
